Youth Ministry  SELC Youth Ministry’s purpose is to WIN youth for Jesus Christ, BUILD them up in God’s Word, EQUIP them to reach their peers with the Gospel, and MULTIPLY maturing disciples as servant-leaders.

Confirmation For youth in grades 6-8. Wednesday Nights (September-May) 6:00 Dinner 6:30-8:00 p.m.-Using music, skits, interactive “quiz bowls”, and games youth study Luther’s Small Catechism, The Old Testament, and the New Testament. Confirmation includes small groups, service projects, and mentoring. High School Youth Group For youth in grades 9-12. Wednesday Nights (September-May) 6:00 Dinner 6:30-8:00 p.m.-Topics of study vary including popular music, movies, and various thematic Bible studies. Sunday School 9:30 AM – Opening takes place in the Fellowship Hall, with songs and prayers. Classes begin at 9:45 a.m. and end at 10:45 a.m., in age-appropriate classrooms. Classes are for ages 3 through Grade 12.
