Adult Education
Tuesday Nights, 7:00-8:15 p.m. January 10th-February 28th and Sunday Mornings 9:30-10:30 a.m. January 8th-February 26th
Led by Mark Brynestad on Sunday mornings and by Pastor Mark on Tuesday evenings we will be entering an 8-week discussion and bible study using the book, The Gospel of Grace, by ELCA Pastor Mark Wickstrom. It outlines a very Lutheran way of approaching the bible- especially the passages we often have trouble with- in a way that helps us keep focused on the authority and power of the inspired Word to transform lives. Dr. Wickstrom uses the analogy of the structural elements of a house to help us determine what biblical texts are necessarily foundational and which may be less so.
Wednesday Mornings, 9:00-10:00 a.m. Ongoing in the music room Led by pastor Mark Perry and Intern Christa Compton Study the Gospel of Mark, our lectionary focus for Sundays in this church year.
