Welcome to Sierra Evangelical Lutheran Church!  We are a Christ-centered, caring community with over fifty years of making a difference in the lives of individuals and in the life of the city around us.  Our focus is on living in the transforming power of God’s love in Christ and sharing that love with others.  Our members are dedicated to caring for each other while at the same time reaching out to lift up people in our community, just across the border, and around the globe.  Youth and families are supported and strengthened through our cross-generational ministry approach. The traditions and teachings of our Lutheran heritage are treasured while at the same time we value the creativity of what the Spirit is doing among us and around us in the world today. Our purpose is to develop joyful followers of Christ rather than simply members within an institution.  Life in God is a grand adventure and we invite you to join us on the journey!
